Kings Point is a large subdivision in Kingwood, Texas that will have nearly 1,500 single family homes when all construction is complete. Most locals in the Kingwood area will call the Kings Point Subdivision the Kings Point Village. As all the different Kingwood master planned community subdivisions are known, by those that call them home, as the Kingwood villages. The Kings Point Village is broken up into three different neighborhoods. These neighborhoods are the point, the trace and magnolia trace. Kings Point homes for sale are priced from $250,000 to up over $1,000,000. The Kings Point Village is one of the more unique subdivisions in Kingwood because it is positioned on a peninsula that projects out into Lake Houston. This leaves the subdivision with Lake Houston as both its North and South boarder. You then have the West boarder being Kingwood Dr. and the East boarder being Royal Shores another one of the villages in Kingwood. Home construction in the Kings Point subdivision began in 1986 and Kings Point homes for sale have a median age built of 1990. The number of single family lots is not the only thing that makes this subdivision large as the median size of the lots runs very near a quarter of an acre at 12,465 square feet.
